Your first appointment includes time to talk through your hair history, inspiration, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.

We’ll cover things like:

• Your hair goals (short- and long-term)

• Product recommendations

• Timing, pricing, and upkeep

• A plan that fits your schedule and budget

Our Salon Coordinators will make sure you feel welcome and know where to wait for your hairdresser. We have Coffee, tea, water and fun for purchase beverages and snacks.

To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, we do have a few simple policies:

• We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

• Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

• As a community focused salon, Virtue Salon welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children of all ages will not be permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.

  In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the children and guests at Virtue Salon, we will refuse service if a child will not sit still for a haircut. The liability is too great for Virtue Salon to assume responsibility for children in an environment that has many dangers present for children.

All Virtue hairdressers are licensed and have finished our extensive in‑house training program.

Most of our hairdressers offer complimentary consultations which can be a great place to start especially for hair color.

Additionally, all of our new guest services have time built in for a through sit down consultation.
